When Bernard Hurst and David Archer launched what was then'Hurst Electrical' in 1975, they could scarcely have imagined or anticipated the rate of growth and degree of diversification that would be achieved by the beginning of the millenium.

Today, HBS represents the culminiation of experience and the achievements of these two close friends and colleagues, who now jointly oversee and co-ordinate the activities of the three Associate Companies within the group.
